Excalibur Community Fencing Club Fees

 

All fencers are required to affiliate with FencingWA to fence at the club. This annual payment ensures you are covered under the state association’s insurance for participating in the sport at the club. It can be completed via the FencingWA website. We will be checking affiliation and if found to be unaffiliated, you will not be allowed to fence at the club. National Capitation is not required unless fencers are competing in national competitions. National Capitation Fees can be added later in the year if you do not pay them now.

We have increased our fees for 2026 and done this to ensure we can continue to offer you the best service and equipment possible. The best way to get value for money is to pay our Annual Early Bird fee. As always, our fees cover an unlimited number of sessions per week. All members should pay their term or annual fees by 28th February 2026. If you are unsure on which fee you should pay, please speak to our Treasurer Gary or another committee member.​

Our membership fees will not be directly linked to this system and we will still accept payment methods as below. You can pay your fees this year using the following methods listed below.

- Debit/Credit Card at the club
- Cash at the club
- Bank Transfer

Please note: Annual Fees and Affiliation Fees are a one off payment yearly. Alternatively, you can also choose to pay per term if you wish. *Please refer to term calendar for dates.
